Hi Guys,

Reading alot of mix reviews online. Like unable to eat carbs 30mins-1hr after injection Protein is ok. Some say it doesn't matter etc..

My question is taking HGH in the morning can you eat carbs at the time of injection? Or does this only relate to peptides like GHRH/GHRP?

cheers

I think that might more be geared towards insulin.
But I take my GH shot at night and after I lift with a carb/protein drink.
I’ve taken it early morning as well with and with our carbs pre workout and I personally don’t think there’s a difference. I still feel the same sides any way I take it. Some say wait to eat and some say it doesn’t matter like you said.

There should be some others who will chime in but that my experience.

Thanks @9TMARE

What i have read so far GH 30-60mins before it fades off good if you want to target towards weight loss. What i dont understand is why i couldn't have my cereal and carb shake with my HGH shot if HGH going to stay active over next 3-4hrs?

Also that you need some carbs/insulin in the system for liver to produce IGF if no carbs/insulin less IGF output ? I'm talking carb - insulin response here not injections. is this true?

My schedule is 3.30am wake up gym by 4.30am normally have a bowel of ceral and carb powder shake before i hit the gym. I tried today basically just running off a WPI shake and was drained zero gas for lifts can't push weights with out any food in the stomach.

Reason i want to pin when i wake up is due to my age still young 35yo. I only pump weights in the morning thats not going to change can't need to eat before i train.

I'm planning to take HGH only at 2IU possible up to 4IU max really for fatloss, well being etc.. and planning to run for min 6months at this stage. Basically dont want to end up type 2 diabetic not sure if thats even possible on low dose but you guys at the experts so just asking anyhow.

I've wondered these same things but never considered allocating the money to try GH for a long period of time so didnt feel the need to ask them. Thank you

You definitely won’t go diabetic anything man I wouldn’t worry about that haha.
So I work out mornings as well. Early but not as early as you. But I also feel better with some sort of carbs in my system and a little protein of some sort.

I take a shot of GH at night and AM when I’m running 4iu.
Personally I have ran GH only at night before and noticed incredible body fat loss. It honest to god worked over a certain period of time of course. Not over night of course.
Im taking it right before bed so I’m on a empty stomach per say but I ate all day and a large dinner before.
The mornings I don’t have much time like you so I will wake up and pin right away then I’ll change and eat. I still consider that as food in my system but I took my shot with no food right upon waking of that makes sense.

The cost definitely comes into play man. You kind of have to go with both feet in a fully commit if you want to run it properly

That was my thought as well, that's why until that time comes I'll just use MK677 for my GH needs as needed.

Thanks bud.

I'm running MK677 at the moment past three month had base line bloods reported at 30.2nmol ref (8.2-29nmol) after three months im at 48.5nmol.

What would that increase of 18.5nmol result to in generic chinese HGH IU per day base? I'v purchase some blue tops generics hoping to run these shortly probably start at 2IU AM empty stomach.

Aiming to run a GH & IGF-1 blood test in some time - 10IU IM wait 3hrs get bloods pulled before i purchase any more generics.

I’ve only heard this happening w ghrp, that food especially carbs will blunt the endogenous gh release, but recently that theory has been challenged.

A lot of things effect GH like sleep, Iron etc. But within a physiological range. Increase it to a Supraphysiological range, Nope. Decrease it below a physiological range, 100!
