Seems to be some debate on this topic but it is possible it could be prolactin related. Some say tren can cause it some say it cant. Elevated prolactin can cause gyno symptoms and ed. Very common for guys running tren to keep caber on hand.

I cant say for sure but just throwing it out there. May have to do bloods or just play guinea pig on yourself. Best of luck man...I have def been there.

Coming off tren did the same to me. I went from hyper sexual to zero sex drive. Even Viagra/Cialis didn't do much. It's not a blood flow issue, I just had zero interest in sex.
