I've decided to really push myself on sups next year.

Armor-v by Muscle Pharm 1 serving/day
Combat powder by muscle pharm 4 servings/day
Fish, Flax, Borage oil by spring valley 4 servings/day

Assault Blue Artic Raspberry. Good pre-work out.

Muscle Pharm is my fav supp company.. Combat is amazing.. Cookies and creame, choc pb, s'mores, and vanilla are my fav flavors. Assault is a great pump focus pre workout, and all the other supps work great too.
