I want to try using clen. I have 40mcg tabs. How should I use it??

Clenbuterol regimens usually start with 20 mcg a day for the first day to adapt their bodies to the new drug. Then, people work your way up to 140-160 mcg. over a 7-10 day period by ramping up slowly to reduce sides.
There are three common Clenbuterol cycles:
* The two-week cycle
* The four-day cycle
* The 16-week cycle
Be aware that the worst side effects occur within the first 3 to 4 days of use. During an individuals first day, most do not exceed 40 mcg. There are many different ways people take these compounds and all for different reasons and/or goals. Always check with your physician before starting any new drug, exercise, or change in diet.

I use the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off method. IMO its the most well rounded cycle to run clen because you get the maximum benefits with little sides. And you can run clen this way for much longer.

Pm for my actual way

My first experience was pretty rough. Heart racing, sleepless. Done cardio like mother fucker though and dropped some serious fat. Borderline dehydrated. I was on all kinds of shit though and didn’t do it right like ur saying.

I will note that I’m sensitive to stimulants like caffeine so I’m sure this didn’t help haha.

Gotta remember to salt some of your meals. And take magnesium and taurine supplement or you will become dehydrated very quickly and start getting some nasty cramps

Like max said start off at 20 then bump up 20 every 4days. Mainly take your time your 1st go & see how your body reacts so u don't have a bad experience. Then your second, third cycle u can push the envelope a little more & all ready know your limits.
I like 3weeks on 2weeks off the

Yes. The quinine in tonic will help with the cramps. My coach told me about it last year and it works like a charm. Don’t ask me to explain the science behind it.

There’s a reason British soldiers took a liking to gin and tonics during their occupation of India. Real, old school tonic water did a lot to help cramping. The stuff now doesn’t really have much quinine in it, just enough for flavor.

start at 20mg then up it to by 20mg maximum being 120mg then taper it down subtracting 20mg each time do this for 2 weeks take 2 weeks off drink lots of water take taurine as well to avoid the cramps as they are crazy intense from normal cramps learned that lesson as i thought i could handle cramps but they are damn near debilitating so take care to minimize the sides

Yeah I don’t think that’s a good idea. Start at 20mcg. 20mg and your not going to have a good time

20mg=20,000mcg

Recommend starting dosage: 20 mcg

Obviously a typo on ur end but just pointing this out for safety concerns [emoji106]

20mg would probably kill you really fast lol
