I have noticed a resurgence in peeps interest in Amino Acids. "The building blocks of protein" We used to pop em like candy. All of the things they help in the body is pretty amazing. From growth hormone secretion, enhanced protein synthesis to better flow of the blood to penis. (Arginine)
The following I've posted is a reference guide for each Amino Acid....both the regular and Branched Chain. Give it a look, its quite amazing what each of them do individualistically. Consistent use just might be what your body needs to bump it up a notch!

There are very few supplements that are actually worth taking. I've seen so many come and go. With Aminos.....ya just cant go wrong. Helps in all aspects of working out. Branch chain Aminos are the "essential" Aminos. There are 9 with Leucine, isoleucine and Valine being most important. Balls to the wall training deserves to be aided by the addition of Aminos to ones supplement regiment imo........

I've upped my dosage now that Im "off" Using mega doses and giving Gamma Orzanol a run. Gonna find out first hand if its what its supposed to be for horses in training at the track!!!!!!!! They use a BCAA/Gamma Orzanol mix.

Gamma Orzanol , this seems interesting, according to wikipedia, potential properties of rice bran oil include modulation of pituitary secretion, inhibition of gastric acid secretion, antioxidant action, inhibition of platelet aggregation,[2] (http://www.brotherhoodofpain.com/#cite_note-cicerogaddi-2) lowering of blood pressure and regulation of cholesterol.

Sounds like its good for you.Is it supposed to have performance enhancing capabilities? Thanks bro for the post.

Studies ay yes....and no. So when I saw them feeding these horses this stuff at the Race Track it caught my eye. The trainers swear by it. So I said Ill give it a go.
