I think this yr it will be a 230 lb kinda yr. 5'9" 211 right now. I think I can have a lil showing of some abs. I like more of a bulky look but with definition. Not ripped. I like to eat BIG!!!!!lol So thats what Im lookin at. 230 with "some" abs by May.
Training is on like never before and the fire is lit to make this a great year in the gym!!!!!!!
So....where do ya want to be?????

10 more lbs of lean muscle, get at least the top 4 abs showing, and if my back can take it I will attempt to squat in 2013. (herniated disc)

J/k Bro, im at 218 sitting on the couch today with a glass of decent vino. My dream is to sit at 225-230 by end of summer with top 4 abs starting to peak out.
Thankfully I have a supportive family who tolerate my eating and workouts. The Lord blessed me with a new job that has an amazing gym at work, so I can push or pull everyday at closing time before getting on the road home.
Praying that 2013 is a good year for my family and yours.
I dont think this is the year for abs.. just want some more lean meat on ..

Weighed myself today. Im at 207. I lost 3 lbs and have recovered from my PCT. Very pleased with keeping so much of it. So...........my goals are still the same. 225-230 with some upper abs visible. Want that very athletic strong mutha fukka look!

my goal is to lose another 15lbs down to 245 and then see where i am maybe 240lbs.. then slowly bulk to 255-265lbs... ill guage it from there as to what i do next... strength wise.. id like to hit 405 x 8 and 600 x 8 by the end of the year...lofty goals so i break my goals down to 3 month intervals and guage my goals on what i achieved in the first 3

Currently at 235lbs trying to get to 200-210lbs and be as ripped as possible. I'm probably around 25%bf, would like to be at 15% or so. I'm getting ready to do a little Test/Tren blast.

Currently weighing in at 220 and right around the 11-12% mark.....looking to put on about 10 lean pounds and drop another 2-3%.

currently 223lbs, not sure body fat percentage right now but would love to get in the range of 12%. last i checked which was several months ago it was almost 18%.

I got the same problem bro, i got two of um, got um four years ago in football, and therapy for that long and they wont heal 100%, and im to young for surgury, iv been power lifting with them though cause i couldnt take it, they really suck, definitly gonna have problems my whole life with them, but i can normally go heavy on squat with good form and it doesn't bother it that much, your quite taller then me though,

Like a lot of people main thing is to stay injury free and work on my legs and. Width of my chest... I competed and taught MMA for a long time and have endured some nasty injuries... So just trying to get back to a swol state while not getting too injured

Lots of good stuff, obtainable goals and yea, to stay injury free is key. Been sick on and off last 3 wks so Im ready to get this party started and start eating again! By May Ill prolly be at 220-225 which will be great for me.

after 30 + yrs of training , my mass is where it ever will be . 220 fairly tight lbs on my 182 cm height about does it . 10-15 lbs to lose . need to eat clear and thatīll do it . I train for the pure enjoyent of getting exhausted and pumped . itīs some 30 -40 mins of pure" metime " when the rest of the world my do whatever . Iīm sealed in my little dream world and going by the feel . quality training every set counts , every rep couns , SLOW down fast up , the yates way ....my older son is 16 and has started lifting in his school gym . feels good to share the same recovery shake can w him .....how time flies . for me this has always been about getting good overall condition , not just huge muscles at all cost . remember to treasure the good health , it is NOT granted .

Injury free seems to be the forever goal with us 40+ guys! Eating cleaner is a must as well.
