Ok so let start of by saying I didn't do much in the way of working out. My concrete weights suck and I didn't have the motivation to do high rep sets. I did try and get out and hike or ride bike when I could, but it was maybe 1 or 2 times a week.

So here we go again. On Tuesday my gym opens back up. Gonna start with a week or 2 of full body including 1 light squat variation a day to help eliminate soreness and get me back into lifting shape before going hard. I will record my weight weekly. I know the BF% isn't accurate but I guess it's a reference.

Goals are 215-225lbs, bigger arms and abs showing so where ever my BF% lands for that lol.

Have some flex, feral, ace and clarity gear I'll be mixing in after I get back to it.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200524/ec77ad815c4d631cd42ea9493dee6eee.jpg

First day back and I was like a little kid. Felt great and was really hard not going heavy. Back at it tomorrow.

Day 2s pre got me feeling like this. Solid full body again but I don't think I can go 2 weeks with full body. Starting splits on Monday...https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200528/903d2cf26b4b522c36451b84399748b8.jpg

Sunday I started going heavier. Good leg day. Monday was a heavy chest. Both days were kind of depressing knowing where I was compared to where I am. Ill get back there soon.

will take probably 2 weeks to get back in the laser focus groove where we all were before but nonetheless its an amazing feeling to be working out again!

So little league baseball took over my life...28 games in 4.5 weeks plus practices. One team finished 1st one team finished 3rd. Now that that's over time to grind. First workout back went good. Legs and cardio. Was able to maintain weight so that's a plus.
