Your dr is supposed to treat you and advise not judge you(at least to your face lol). If you feel you can't then you may need another dr. But like ARx said should be confidential. And they should know just in case things impact each other

Depends on how comfortable you are with your dr. My last dr was kind of an idiot, so I got a new one. And I went in there for the first visit with current labwork. He knew something was up just by my test and e2 numbers, but I told him everything. No judgement, no bs.

Depends on the doctor. My current doctor asked who prescribed my test and I said nobody lol didn't say anything else.

If you value your health, you should be honest with your HCP.

If you feel like you can't be honest, get another HCP. Any HCP worth their salt will help you minimize the harm you may do w/ whatever activity you're doing.
