Hello Max.

I am cruising now at 250 test waiting for my damn gym to reopen then I want to blast off with some Deca and EQ, maybe DHB.

I have been training most of my life, I知 currently 5,11 around 210, 41 yrs and now around 18%

Started back on Keto to try and shred some fat and be ready for the Deca

Just want to be here because this helps hold me accountable when I surround myself with like minded folks.

Around 18% bf. 41. If on keto; test/dhb or test/EQ. Test/DHB would definitely probably be a good choice as long as you have cycled a couple times previously. Even keeping test at 250 and adding 300-400mg dhb weekly split dose w test. It definitely has recomping qualities that could improve your situation. Keto is a tough diet; I definitely am not the guy for keto but have seen a lot of bodybuilders do well with it. Good luck! Hopefully the gym situations get better soon.

keto is awesome for fatloss. i do it very often and have many guys do it. but not classical keto which is 80% fat and 20% but rather 60-70% protein and rest fats. much better for a bodybuilding fitness lifestyle and results

from the compounds u mention I definately suggest test with dhb. for most dhb definately has a thermogenic effrct resulting in a very positive fat burning effect/results.
it can make me a lil lethargic so to combat those effects i run 350 1st week, 400 2nd, then settle in 450/week for duration.
if u have never ran dhb i suggest dropping dosing 50mg/week.
Now get to Work!!!
