My wife has been experiencing thinning hairloss after her recent cycle of hcg. And she is alarmed and hoping someone can help point us in the right direction.
She used the hcg nasal spray about 3 years ago with modest results and this is the first time since then, subcutaneous, and lost 30lbs. She was very pleased with the weightloss, but trouble by the sides. Both times has been Dr. prescribed.

She is early 40's, has always struggled with her weight, carries a lot muscle naturally and is very strong(so I'm assuming she naturally produces alot of androgens for a woman).

She wants to use it again, because of the great weightloss success that she had, but how do you prevent the hairloss while on?
And how do you stop and reverse the hairloss now that she's off?

ALSO, What else would be a good weightloss product, with hopefully less sides?

ECA, or clen.

Clen is wonderful. Introduce your wife to something like that. IMO before altering hormones something like clen should be utilized first. It isnt completely innocuous, but it also isn't nearly as complicated a mechanism for weight loss. There are threads on here that will explain everything about clen, and if you have further questions about how to design her program, post em up. If she is genetically predisposed to thinning hair (more women are than you'd think) they make a rogaine (basically androgen blocker for scalp tissue) for woman, I'm not sure if it is just lower dosed or what, but rogaine can reinitiate a new "follicle life cycle" and cause some of the thinner hairs to grow longer and fuller.

Clen either is, or is not for her. IMO clen seems to always be better for women than men. My wife can take it with no issues @ 40. I can only do 10-15, and I need 6g of taurine to stop the cramping in my hands and feet. I loved ECA, but bp got outta hand after about a week.

Plenty of options, any advice is useless.

Each person is different. Your sweetheart should consider giving each option a short test run to see how she responds. Alot of people, including me, have opinions, but only she and you will know what works or doesnt.

For about $80 she could try ECA and clen (even add in Taurine with that total, only $15 for 2kilos of powder). Then she could decide what feels best with no pressure. She'll appreciate the latitude and you will gain some firsthand experience on the top of it all. A win-win and she will appreciate the non-pressure.

Hope I didn't come off as a know it all, wasn't my intention. Just my experience with this topic.

GREAT advice. And no hormonal issues. The only problem she might have to look out for is appetite suppression on stimulants. If she cant get something in the stomach every couple of hours her metabolism wil still be jacked because of the stims, but she might feel like trash, so remember follow regular diet advice for these supps and think of them as an add on just like AAS for lifting.

Is clen a problem for blood pressure? She takes a low dose bp med. Bp has never been at a steady 'high'. But she has had occasional spikes and there seems to be no real predicting factor. So she takes the meds to be safer than sorry

anything that stimulates the nervous system produces an artificial fight or flight type of situation and this can increase blood pressure absolutely (forces blood into the muscles and lung tissue so you can kill the bear attacking you lol). Some people dont really get this too much, others get headaches and the whole nine yards. Is she taking clonidine? If so make SURE she takes it regularly while on the clen as skipping a dose causes rebound effects almost identical to extreme clen sides.

Thanks guys! I really appreciate the input.

The Dr. just switched her bp med. She hasn't picked it up yet, but she thinks it is allopurinol 2.5mg. She has been on lisinopril, but they are changing it because it's too strong and makes her have a dry cough.
Sorry, I forgot to mention for 20yrs now she has taken synthroid150mg for low thyroid, but it stays within 'normal'. It doesn't do much for weightloss, though. But she said that she gains weight if she doesn't take it because of the low thyroid.

Do these sound ok for someone on clen?

If so, what dose should she start at?

I would start with .1 ml. My wife started at .2 as did I. It was too much for me. I believe .2-.4 is normal dose, too much for me. Also Sweety says do only one dose for the first day. She does .3 in the am, and .3 at 2pm. If i take any at 2 I don't sleep.

As far as taking with other meds, IDK. I recommend waiting for others to give better advice.

http://reference.medscape.com/drug-interactionchecker here is a useful tool to check the interaction of drugs, only problem is clen is not listed, i suppose because it is not FDA approved

clen is relatively safe, outside of excess stimulation., the major interactions I'd watch for are ssri/snri and combos (antidepressants). Take anything with a grain of salt and the lower the better. The bp meds shes on are also less side effect prone than other stuff out there. Absolutely go with lower doses and work her up. Going low enough she "feels" nothing the first day I think would be ideal and increase until nervous system stimulation is felt. IMO, this is WAY better than HCG for weightloss for someone with hormone related sides in the past.
