Hi Brothers,

kind of a different question for y’all this time...

i finally pegged down my first cutting cycle. Gonna be running test prop at 75 ED for 12 weeks and the last 6 weeks add in some Cut Caps (oral blend of Anavar and Winstrol).

currently standing at 5’9/185/15% I’m looking cut down in weight, or at least trim the hell up.

With my current schedule between my three fire departments I’m looking for a 3 day split, or a 4 day split. Do you all have any recommendations/tips/tricks you’ve found useful for your cut training plans? Certain exercises, or routines to get the most out of the compounds I will be utilizing? I plan to be in a caloric deficit the entire time.

any help is appreciated! Thanks boys!

your typical 4day split it fine (chest tri's, back bi's, legz, shoulders) & 3-4days/week of cardio.
but the Most important is your diet!!

Only training 3-4 days per week, i'd suggest full body training. Otherwise I'd say PPL, but that won't work with only 3-4 days. You need to try and train each muscle 2x's a week minimum.
