Whats some protocols yall use for acne. For me its the side im prone to the most. Face is where I break out the worst chest and shoulders are good. Besides acne scrubs and topical treatments when can I dose to help kill that extra oil or bacteria on my face?

I feel like I bring this up every time there’s a post about something like so sorry for those that have heard it over and over. Have you tried using benzoyl peroxide 10% the bar of soap? I know many try the 10% benzoyl peroxide but specifically the bar. It has helped me tremendously and others I’ve told to try that have used benzoyl peroxide but the foam or the face wash say the bar worked way better. I know this wasn’t really your question just thought I would throw it out there brother

this helps, so does sacylic(sp?) acid body wash- neutrogena makes a good one. Another thing is keep e levels under control. Finally, cinnamon helps. I dose 500mg 4-6x’s per day on cycle. That and the bodywash keeps any acne issue under control.

Bloods but usually dose Adex if my nipples start to get the itch IMO I use AIs as sparingly as possible. Usually 1mg of adex if needed or 10mg of asin if needed.

Im willing to giving AI dosing a shot my whole blast and all my cycles previously ive never really had to run AIs but i guess this time around the multiple conpounds im using and the higher mg of test i may require a more frequent use of AIs. Im down if it helps with my face for sure. Starting to get anxiety about my face.

Id get a blood test done to see how high your estrogen is
Some people take 12.5mg eod of Aromasin

thats pretty low for on cycle, i expected it to be higher.
