Help needed to interpret blood results

I am just coming to the end of my first proper cycle and I am trying to make sense of these bloods..

I had full blood work prior to running test and deca and should have done bloods half way through but given the current situation I just kept going.. now the cycle went well, energy was up for the most part then I one point I felt like I was crashing my E2 so I backed off on the AI. Apart from that and my life style and routine slipping a little towards the end I have been feeling quite happy about it and have leaned off a bit and gained a bit.

i don’t know how to measure or guess my BF but I know I want it lower. Currently I am 109kg at 6’2”, when I started the cycle I was around 103kg.

What levels should I have been aiming for? What is optimal? Should I have used more E2? Less T?

500mg T and 300 Deca .25 a day Aromasin ( but I stopped it after week 8, didn’t feel I needed it and felt like my E2 was crashing). Ran like that for 13 weeks.

I have decided to cruise T400 blend and .50 Aromasin for 4 weeks the taper down the T (I know it’s long acting esters but I think I should) while still taking AI then start Pct

most aromisin tabs that i have seen r either 12.5 or 25mg.

Since you were on a Nandrolone, there's a chance your estrogen reading is not accurate. NPP & Deca can (and do for me) give a false high on the ECLIA method. You have to get an Ultrasensitive Estradiol test LC/MC...

Why did you not test prolactin in test #2? I'm also guessing test #1 came sometime after another cycle, so those results are low on test and LH.

You need caber to counter effect the deca which is causing your prolactin and probably estrogen to go up. Aromasin will do nothing for prolactin. Prolactin will spike estrogen in a manner that aromasin will not help.

Run 12.5 mg aromasin E2D or E3D along with .5mg caber 2x week and it should get things back in order. Your acne will clear up too. This is for legit ****** AI, not liquid. If you were using liquid aromasin before, all bets are off because most of iit is junk.

Your correct, the first was done a couple months after I had tried out some orals (I probably should have stayed off longer before running again).

I have stopped the deca now and as I have some Test400 and some Aromasin left I was going to cruise the T for 4 weeks then stop the T then 2 weeks after that run my pct?

Would running long with T give my E2 levels chance to lower?
