Now that gyms are open back up wanna get on a cycle , thing is all this time I’ve just shacked up, working from home gaining weight and blood pressure is high. Don’t wanna get back on test /tren because of high blood pressure.. I’ve been told of good stacks to use that won’t increase bp but can’t remember what they are , any suggestions???

I would personally get my blood pressure to a healthy level. Reason being...weight training alone will typically rise BP due to the strain. Let alone hopping on anything other than testosterone at a normal trt level...if u have low test vs natural production if you cycle.

There are many supplements and ways to lower your BP like losing the weight you gained and eating healthier.

Marathoners and cyclist usually run in the 50’s normally. Just and observation while shadowing @ facilities. The endurance athletes have super low BP numbers in comparison to everone else!! If they were out of shape with the numbers they have; a physician would diagnose them w low blood pressure and give medication. But; they are well aware that high cardio athletic people naturally run real low in comparison to what is deemed Normal .

i can be on 2gr test and have perfect bloodpressure OR 150mg test and be it high

the difference = diet and lifestyle

simple as that.

Id think itd be beat to get blood pressure under control first. If its already high, I think it would inevitably get worse on cycle.

If your blood pressure is high, Dr will give you meds to decrease it.
It's not like your asking him for Steroids

Couple factors to consider. If ur over wieght and diet lifestyle and smoking are the biggest causes some natural supplements

Omega 3 fish oil
Garlic
Coq10
Folic acid
Vit D
Magnesium

These are no miracle pills depending on how high u are other choices would lasix water pills and beta blockers .. i take all of them my pressure stays at 112/65 been through alot of heart related issues I wont get into..

The first thing would be to avoid EQ. I have issues with BP and EQ at 400ng or 1000mg exacerbates that for me. Anadrol too unfortunately.

I agree with Max and others that diet and cardio makes the most difference as BP is mostly a result of overall health. Build up to 40 min moderate cardio sessions 4x a week and you should be pretty fit. That's what I'm currently working up to. I actually feel really calm mood wise since incorporating the cardio too. I'm on 500mg test right now ftr. I'm pretty much done with nandrolone and EQ, so the only things left for me to try are primo and DHB. I do well with Tren E as well.

I have heard that you can take a second carditone pill for the day and it can lower your BP even more.
