What's your favorite oral to use as a p.w.o? How long before training do you take it?

Well if I have to pick one: Sdrol 30-45min prior.

Rarely use but: it would be tne! Tren B second
I take about 1.5 hrs prior. Oral pwo I take 35-45min before if tablet.

personally i stick with injectable orals sdrol, anadrol with the exception of tbol or var. they r the only orals that dont fuck with my stomach.

Well if we are talking inject, then TNE and Sdrol together.

Tne/tren b 50/50 especially on leg day I really only use once a week.

Well I’m going with Anadrol for 50 Alex. Split into 2x25mg doses.

Inject will be tren base + test no ester both 50mg works fine for me. 100mg of each and I have to tape my johnson to my leg. I’ll take bout 1hr before workout

Injectable orals for preworkout like sdrol,dbol,tbol are great. Test and Tren base w/methyltren is amazing. If it's a straight oral I'd take at least 100mg adrol 45-60 minutes before. Get some carbs and salt in with it really increases pump.
