What’s up bro’s and brod’s?
I’m looking to shred up off this cycle I’m about to run. I normally don’t ask anybody for their opinions but I I figured I might be able to get some good pointers from the brotherhood.
I’m currently weighing in about 190 give or take also I’m 6’1. My body fat is in the 16% range. This is not my first rodeo I’ve ran damn near most AAS except a select few.
Anyhow my goal is to get my body fat % down to 10-12% and still maintain at 190 I don’t wanna go under 185 lbs and I don’t wanna climax over 205 realistically would like to be sitting at 195/200 with 12%.
My body is fairly out of shape I’m like skinny fat right now due to my laziness and being a couch potato during this damn pandemic. Unfortunately I let myself go. However this isn’t the first time doing this, although I know my first 2 weeks back will be hell.
I’m going to get macros down to a 40 pro/ 40 carb/ 20 fat and I’ll consume about 2400 calories. Mind you I drink at least a gallon of water a day. I don’t take any preworkout as that shit is just not meant for me. I might as well rack a few lines during my workout if that’s the case. All jokes aside though that stuff makes me sick to my stomach every brand I’ve tried, it’s just not for me.
I also have Tbol on deck and I think I may pick up some more provimed to run it all the way thru from the beginning of my cycle. Also on hand is Aromasin which I have a question about. I’ve actually never used Aromasin only Arimidex so my question is when should I start taking. I’m not really prone to Gyno and never had any major side affects except the last cycle I ran my nipples did get some very light abnormal sensitivity and I was just running test e 300. Should I just keep it on hand? I will be doing bloods before during after and 3 months after pct.
