Hey everybody,

Is the quickest way for losing body fat to go on a meat and veggie diet?

Going to need more than that (cardio w/o mention). Eat often and weigh your portions. Ramp up metabo by consuming. Force your body to burn off clean food. No shakes, no dairy, no sugars, no fruit. Pound the water 1/2 ounce per body pound minimum daily.

Way to broad of a question. I like the diet that you eat what you want but smaller portions. This works for me but there are certainly way more in depth diets out there for sure.

i just recently switched from ground meat to chicken..... due to less fat and more protien....meat isnt all bad as gator said... however in small portions and very lean meat like 90-10...which can get very pricey..

You said it man, if you want to get shredded cut all carbs and grains (pasta, rice, bread, potatoes, oats) and eat mainly meat and some veggies. All you want is protein and having some fats too is key because this will prime youre body to use bodyfat for energy while your dieting. add in cardio and you will shred quick. Thats the way i do it anyway im sure many others are different

I have at least 4 cups of veggies a day... and I just started 2 a days for cardio! It sucks, but I have to shred the Holiday lbs!

Lean meat, veggies, break up your meals and try not to eat after 7:30-8pm. Tons of cardio (on an empty stomach if you can), tons of water.
