Ok looking for some feedback to see what some of you do at bedtime to keep from going to bed hungry? I know about casien protein but if you cant stand the stuff like me what are some other things you like to do? I like a spoon full of peanut butter but that gets old too. What are some things that you like to eat at bedtime?

I keep it pretty simple usually just eat a bowl of cereal or a Greek yogurt with maybe 16-20ounces of whole milk

Cottage cheese and greek yogurt. I like the large curd cottage cheese with a little higher fat content for taste if not cutting.

Ever since my last run with EQ, I still can eat like a horse. I also like Greek yogurt.

If you want to do a shake use a blend like ON's ProComplex in chocolate flavor and add a Tablespoon of liquified Coconut oil. It tastes Like and almond joy.

Drink it pretty quick before the coconut oil returns to solid though (trust me on that one)

Well over the winter Ive had Reeses that I put a big scoop of natty peanut butter on and even a slice of cheesecake sometimes. BUT now with Spring around the corner its time for a change. Now Im trying fruits likea couple handfulls of grapes, blueberries or strawberries. At the store there are these packs made with Honey Dew Melon, the orange lookin one lol and some pineapple that I like. So Im trying fruit. It doesnt hold me over but when I get up I get a good hearty breakfast.\

Good thread!

I had this same problem. Mix in some Greek yogurt with your cottage cheese and your set!

I personally cant eat right before bed because i will get acid reflux happening and it will last for 3 or 4 days sometimes. So last time I can eat is about an hour and a half before bed.

I have been trying to lose some lbs, so I have been trying to not eat after my dinner around 6-7pm. All I can say is you just have to fight through it and let your body adjust to it.

That's what I'm trying to do right now, so I just do a 2 scoop protein shake and hit the hay.

Chocolate protein, almond milk, 1/2 frozen banana, teaspoon of peanut butter. Great drink but I still wake up around 2:00 in the morning to eat. Quit fighting midnight snacks years ago. Just eat within your calorie range for the day.
