When to take HGH?

I take 2iu’s a day Monday through Friday in the mornings soon after I get up. By 1-2pm I’m kinda feeling a little lethargic. Would it hurt to take it right before bed?

Would it hurt to take it right before bed?Many schools of though on this, some say 1-2 ius is approximately what body produces overnight and taking before bed would negate natural production.

I take mine first thing for fat burning sub q. Then early afternoon im for igf spike.

In the end not sure if it matters at all. I do know that it's in blood longer subq but higher concentration shot im.
