This is great for packing on size. Certainly not for cutting up but that's obvious. lol

Cheeseburger Pie
1 pound lean ground beef, Cook and drain your hamburger. (I use 92% Extra Lean Ground Beef)
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced(I get it already minced)
salt to taste (I dont add any personally but I dont even salt my fries)
1/4 teaspoon or a lil more...I like a lil more.
1/2 cup ketchup. It calls for this but some tomato sauce would be good too imo.
1/2 cup chopped sweet onion( I get the stuff already minced up in containers....alot easier.lol)
1 small can (6 ounces) sliced black olives, drained These really kick it up.
1 1/2 cups shredded Monterrey Jack cheese More if ya want it!!!! I do!
Combine the ground beef, milk, egg, garlic and seasoning in a bowl; blend well. Press the beef mixture evenly on the bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie plate with a uncooked crust in it. Layer with the ketchup, chopped onion, olives, and cheese. Bake in a preheated 400° oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Sprinkle with the parsley and cut into wedges. Serve cheeseburger pie hot.

I made it last night. Damn thing is good. I had 1 1/2 lbs of the best quality ground beef. I only used 8 ounces of Colby/Monteray Jack cheese. I could have added more for sure and will next time.
This is my creation.......
