I was hoping to get a thread going of everyone's go to BB'ing or health foods that are quick to take with you or whip up in time crunch. Im sure we all have some of the same but maybe we'll get some new or different foods or meals to add to our food choices. 2 heads are better than 1 do im sure with everyone here we can build quite a list. Thanks yall.

Man I’ll tell u what I’ve been doing recently. I got a new protein powder that’s cinnamon buns. Tastes exactly like it. Been throwing two scoops in anywhere between .5 to 1c of watery quick oats. I nuke the oats then throw the powder in. I don’t have to use a spoon and just turn the bowl up.

A favorite of mine is throwing frozen mixed berries, FF cottage cheese, and Greek yogurt to make a parfait. Good breakfast on the go.

Add cinnamon and a little nutmeg it spices it up nicely.

Maybe break up a cake flavored protein bar in for an added treat haha

Cheese and milk are great ways to get it a small amount of protein and healthy fats. I have been eating small amounts of raw Bleu cheese and raw milk gouda and parmesan to get lots of vitamin k2, healthy gut bacteria, and vitamin D3 before bed.

I’m a big fan of smoked cheeses. I do a smoked pimento cheese for the holidays every year with homemade saltine crackers that lasts minutes.

Powdered PB and banana sandwich on sprouted grains bread.

Cottage cheese and fruit (raisins are good)

Protein pudding ( 1c Greek yogurt, 2 scoops whey)

I’m a big fan of smoked cheeses. I do a smoked pimento cheese for the holidays every year with homemade saltine crackers that lasts minutes.

I used to avoid cheese until I found good quality cheese made from raw milk rather than pasteurized milk, now I eat a few cubes of it each day. Smoked gouda is one of my favorites.

Powdered Pb goes with everything, its such a good way to add extra amino to increase the protein content of lots of foods. It just tastes so damn good too.

Oh man this is fucking perfect! Raisins on top also. I have some honey packs from KFc. That I bring with this meal. I use 3 packs at a time and nuke this in a microwave. Nice choice Popeye! Keeps you full longer and helps you shit like a man!

I like that company. The flavors can be hit or miss but; the ones that are good are really good. Plus; you just can’t beat the discounts when they come up. BGT and I did a thread where we used a ninja and made McCanns Irish Steel Cut Oats{or Bobs Red Mill} into a fine flour. It worked well adding to whey for some early carbs. I wish they would still carry the carbs glucose{dextrose powder} and add bulk HBCD, Maltodextrin. I do get the Waxy Maize which is fine. I hate the price on Super Carb or Cluster Bomb. Damn Expensive unless there is a sale. [emoji1690]

Hell yea man, protein oats are a staple for me. I eat them every morning with a ton of egg whites.

A few staples that I’ve implemented lately!

1. Cottage cheese, casein (isolate if not), 1 pack of stevia, PB2. Mix it up and it’s a great little snack before bed. Leave it in the freezer for about 20-30 minutes and is even better (why this is I’m not sure).

2. Plain Greek, 1 scoop of iso, 1 pack of stevia, mix it and layer some plain rice cakes (usually 3). That is usually my PWO meal in light days.

3. 300g egg whites, 1 pack of stevia, 1tbso of cinnamon. You can cool these thin and flip them like crepes or just make a scramble. After that I drizzle about 2-3tbsp of sugar free syrup(typically Walden farms but there are others). This is a STAPLE in my breakfast through the week.

Some may argue the syrup..if you physique is at the point that sugar free syrup or some stevia packet negatively effect you. You’re well beyond seeking tips from a forum.

Great ideas all around thank you. I've been adding egg whites in where I can to up my protein intake. I want to go even further and really push the grams per day up towards 300 or 400 depending hunger levels and amount of activity on any given day. Im much more of an intuitive eater the past year, training as well. I have a general outline but there's a wide range of splits I use specific to my body.

Some Alice Springs Chicken, Bloomin Onion, a Salad ! Sirloin rare-med rare on the side! I could eat every bite!! I only had the bloomin onion once after I read the stats! Lol.
