This is an unsponsored log and review of some AAS gear. If you havent tried AAS, they should definitely be considered. 9tmare is knowledgeable, friendly and quick to answer questions. Their delivery is fast too.

I’m doing a lean bulk this time. Avoiding the excessive fat gain and hopefully gaining a considerable amount of muscle. Max has been helping me with my program for awhile now and with some great results. I’m in the process of a great Maxformation, LOL.

Since my first bodybuilding show, about 10 weeks ago, I have just been doing 200 of test cyp broken up into twice a week injections and 2iu gh before bed. I will using exclusively AAS. For, at least, the first 10 weeks of this blast I will be taking per week:

Sustanon 350mg
EQ 600mg
NPP 300mg
GH 2iu twice a day
Aromasin 12.5 twice a week

Also since the show I have been eating decent, but have indulged a bit more than I really should have, gained a bit of fluff. I’m ready to buckle down and get it done properly.

Did 4 sets of each lift, alternated biceps and triceps.

I think it’s really cool that you kind of have to play it by ear with your workouts. Your body will always be surprised as it’s never really the same schedule correct?

Out of curiosity do you pin the GH before bed because of your hectic schedule or do you feel it’s more beneficial that way? I always like to pin anything I take when I know I’ll be active for a good amount of time otherwise I get bad PIP no matter if it’s GH or TRT.

Also, been using AAS gray tops for a couple of months now. This run has been my first experience with gh. I know it's more of a long term drug as far as benefits, but I've noticed that I am sleeping a lot better and deeper when I do sleep. I also feel that recovery is quicker the last few weeks.

I ask because I am about to restock my GH supply for the next year or so and I'm very intrigued by these.

I'm excited to see what the long term brings.

What I can say for sure is that if you have any questions is 9tmare is quick to answer and eager to help. Also, turn around time is impressive when you order.

Right now I have a 14x14 room. This new one when done will be 24 x 13 to 18 depending on how much I decide to take. Plan to put in rubber flooring, mirrors, and do a mural on the wall in the long run. But for now just need to get the dividing wall done. And all the shit out of my way.

MaxI have a big multi use machine that takes up about an 8x14 footprint when you count room to use it. So everything else is cramped.

Ended up being a workout off day yesterday due to my job and a couple have to do errands. Been being called out every 10 hours and working 12-14. On the road as I write this. Will get a workout in this afternoon when I get to the hotel.

Also, did my 3rd shot from the AAS supply, smooth as can be. No pip at all. No knots or soreness from the previous shots either. Pleasantly impressed.

Shoulders: Was actually going to skip them this week since they were nagging me. A bit extra rest for them. But they felt pretty good and I had limited weight here at the hotel. So I did a John Meadows dumbbell only shoulder workout. It doesnt use heavy weight and no overhead presses, but had a great pump and kicked my ass.

Then decided to do some abs and had the worst cramps I've ever had. It felt like a baseball was in my left ab muscles. Miserable as hell.

Said to hell with that after it subsided and walked on the treadmill for my cardio. Been up since 1am, so going to crash for awhile. They will most likely be calling me back to work around midnight or so. I hope to luck out and get to sleep all night, but not likely.

Had to workout in the hotel with only dumbbells available. Which is fine. I like dumbbells. It's been a really long day. Been working since 0100 and finished at 1830.

Still in the hotel, so got up and did another workout. Limited to dumbbells up to 50 pounds, but better than nothing. I slowed my tempo to 4-0-4.

I have adjusted my macros. Same calories but dropped carbs a bit and raised fat. Just to cut a bit of fluff and it has helped. I react well to higher fat and lower carbs.

On Mondays, I'll post my whole regimen. Through out the rest of the week, I'll just do my daily operations. That way you guys dont have to re-read through my info that is standardized. Since today is Monday, here we go:

Goal macros: 3300 calories, 166 fat, 150 carbs, 300 protein.

Weighed in 225.6 today, up from 200 for the show 11 weeks ago. Tired as hell but pushed through and had a decent workout other than hamstring cramps when I attempted nordic hamstring curls.

Nordic Hamstring Curl, 7 then pussed out from cramps

I'm not sure how much you believe is spiritual stuff, but on top of your nap you could try listening to reiki healing videos. There's a good English gentleman on YouTube, Neil Cooper, that makes good ones. Reiki is the channeling and use of universal energy or love or chi as asian cultures call it. It helps me a great deal maybe it can help you. Also activating the chi pumps in your spi e helps pump chi throughout your body and aura. I do them often during the day. Its as simple as going outside to fresh air, bending down to a crouched position or air squats the standing up stretching your arms above shoulders. You exhale slowly and completely at the bottom of the air squats, and fill your lungs up completely at the top stretch position. Slow steady reps taking a few seconds for each rep, do 8 or 10 reps. I promise you will feel better, maybe not 100% but definitely better. Hope this helps brother.

Knocking out the treadmill now, as Im writing this, just to get some cardio in. Already called to work. So 30 minutes is all I will manage. Plan on trying to use some downtime on the road to squeeze in sets with my bands for a shoulder day. Got to get it in somehow.

Weak day, but got it done. Tried floor presses today. I had read they are less stressful on the shoulders, and mine have been a nag lately. It did work well. No pain or glitches at all. Even the Incline presses afterwards didnt really cause me any issues.

Pussed out today. Fucking puked. I hardly ever do that. Maybe because I ate first. Good lift up to then except was seeing stars towards the end of sets. Went outside and did lunges uphill with a 30 pound vest. That's when it went south. Didnt die so good day!!

Leg Extension, 4 sets light weight for warm up

Squat, 2 warmup, 4 working sets

Lunges uphill with weighted vest, 4 sets

Straight legged DL, 4 sets


Will try to get back at it in awhile to finish nordic Hamstring curl, leg press, and calves. I hate to leave shit unfinished.

I did have some killer quad cramps last night. Drank some pickle juice and that took care of it.

10-07-20 Just cardio, scheduled day off weights.

Did 1 hour cardio on the treadmill this morning fasted, at home. Called to work and in the hotel now. There is a state park here and I went for a 45 minute walk until I couldnt fight off the mosquitos anymore.

Doing a bunch of stretching now. Havent been good about it lately. Getting tight and achey.

Had a hard time eating today. Not much of an appetite, but forcing it down.

In the hotel and only dumbells available. Which isnt a bad thing. My shoulders have been giving me a slight hard time lately. So this forces me to not go too heavy. I would be inclined to go heavy with a barbell if it was available. I did the same workout as the last 2 weeks using the John Meadows video that I posted previously. It uses lighter weights and just dumbbells. Followed the shoulders with 45 minutes cardio on the treadmill at 3.5mph. Then did some core work.

Goal macros: 3300 calories, 166 fat, 150 carbs, 300 protein.

Preworkout: Redcon1 Total war and big noise

Post Workout: Redcon1 Ration Chocolate 50 grams protein, 5 grams creatine, 5 grams glutamine, 25 grams of clusterbomb.

Nothing wrong with leaving the barbell alone from time to time. Hell I'm 29 and hardly ever do barbell movements to spare my joints. Im still making gainz without it so its not the end all be all people paint it out to be, its just another tool in the toolbox.

Oh yeah drag curls are interesting. It definitely feels strange pulling back and up and having your elbows way back. But less tension off your front shoulders really focusing on the bicep!

10-10-20 was gonna be a day off but got bored in the hotel.

Worked core and forearms and did cardio at 4mph on the treadmill. Need to work more on the actual cardiovascular side of things. So upping the speed to start and will start varying the cardio exercises.

Ended up way over sleeping after my 20 hour workday yesterday. Was called to work and only had 20 minutes to spare. So did a quick pump workout. Figured any stimulation was better than none.

Cluster set with 2 minute rest between each of 3 clusters:

Leg Extension, 20 reps
Standing Leg Curl, 15 reps
Leg Press, 20 reps

Rest

Repeat.


Headed to work now.

In the hotel today. Went down to do cardio. They have an upright bike so I thought I'd try it. It's a literal pain in the ass. But did 40 minutes. Then got on the treadmill and did 30 sprint, 1 minute walk. Repeated 10 times. About an hour total of cardio. My intention was to just do that fasted and come back later to lift. But my work schedule got moved up. So did arms immediately following.

They dont really have weights so I did bands today.

Home workout today. Great day. I'm switching things up for 4 weeks, then reevaluate. Been wanting to go heavier, so doing 4-6 reps on the main lifts at least. I will see how that progresses, joint health, gains, etc. Then decide what direction from there. Probably could have pushed another rep or two, but was getting a feel for it today.

Ended up getting called in early and working all night yesterday. So far can only sleep 3.5 hours since yesterday morning. Just cant hardly stay asleep. Antibiotics making my stomach upset and the sinus infection and bronchitis making the room spin and hard to breathe. It's all really aggravated my asthma today. Looks like I'll be back overnight tonight working my way home. Right now in the hotel trying to decide whether to get up and push through a workout or stare at the ceiling. Cant get back a missed day and already missed yesterday.

Ok, I'll quit whining now. Thank for listening and have some kickass workouts yourself.

Before that I had adapter pieces that went on the end if my cordless reciprocating saw. It worked too, but my wife thought it was too loud. Shes no fun sometimes.

Ended up being a good workout despite how it started. Had a horrible headache and my herniated discs are misbehaving. But pushed through anyhow.

Hotel day today, so just had dumbbells to work with. Was initially going to just do chest but not sure how this week will be with work. So I took advantage of being stuck in a hotel and doubled up with the shoulders.

Shoulder warm up with bands
DB Incline, 3 warmups, 4 sets
DB Flat, 4 sets
DB Incline Flyes, 4 sets
Push-ups, 4 sets

Then I went with John Meadows DB only shoulder workout which doesnt use a lot of weight but kicks my ass. Get Capped Delts (CRAZY PUMP) Dumbbell Only Shoulder Workout - YouTube (https://youtu.be/Swl05DOv-ek)

Bent-over DB Lateral Raise immediately followed with Wide Grip DB Rows, 4 sets

Seated Lateral Raise with slight lean forward, 4 sets

10 and 2 o'clock DB raise, 4 sets

6 ways, 2 sets.

45 minutes treadmill. Cold and raining like hell. So staying inside til I have to work.

Stretching and mobility is something I think most of us look past. I try my best to do a little here and there but that little bit is not enough that’s for damn sure

I know its not traditional mobility work but the extreme stretching part of DC Training works wonders. I stopped doing it for a couple months and look where it got me, fucked up. Definitely adding it back in when I am back to normal lifting for sure. It keeps the muscles from tightening up after the workout so less stretching and foam rolling is needed outside of normal workout times.

MaxI know I had a sinus infection, but this may be part of it too. So far just my oldest boy and his girlfriend have it. They spent the week with us. I'm not to worried. But I know some people have horror stories.

I'm not getting a workout in today. Feel like hammered shit. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. Started a 2nd round of antibiotics for the sinus infection. Hopefully it's just that making me feel mike shit. Short of breath and worn, but everything gets in my chest with this damn asthma. I have a nebulizer at home, so I've been doing albuterol breathing treatments to keep everything loosened up. Not whining, just letting you all know what's happening.

I seem to have a day or 2 of shit and then 1 day I feel good. Yesterday was bad, today good. So hopefully the rest if them good. There was 3 of us that had it. I seemed to have the worst symptoms. But with my asthma I'm prone the respiratory issues.

MaxThey dont prescribe anything unless you are dying. I'm still on antibiotics from the sinus infection, I have a nebulizer and albuterol solution on hand (used it several times to keep the lungs clear) and then we are all doing zinc, vitamin c, vitamin d, and flonase. Which are supposed to reduce symptoms and speed recovery. No big deal over all. I've had worse flu and pneumonia before. My main goal is to keep my lungs clear. That's partly why I'm so insistent on getting up and walking or lifting when I feel up to it. Helps clear the lungs.

My nebulizer below. Handy to have around. Has mask attachments too.

Hanging Leg Raises are super hard! Especially if you lock your legs close as possible, point toes feet together, and{with back support behind you} and use no swing or momentum. They cause that stress on the muscle for super hard low abdomen muscle. Any hanging ab work is hard. [emoji1690][emoji110]

Didnt sleep well last night and ended up laying in bed longer than planned. So late start on the day.

Weighed in at 241 pounds this morning. Last week when I did body fat % was about 15.5%. So I guess to be still close.

1.5 hours before workout did 1 serving of cream of rice and 1 scoop of protein shake. Also some EAAs. Then 30 minutes before did my Redcon1 total war and big noise and some electrolytes for the preworkout.

Warmed up with 3 sets of leg extensions, really helps my knees feel good.

Had a fun night with the family. Hadn't bowled in years. Great time.

Way awesome! I’m glad you get to go back to work. Unfortunately the majority of us have to make money to survive and enjoy life. I wish money grew on trees but nope

Oh man, I think I remember how to bowl. That looks fun. I’m pretty sure I just strong arm the ball down the lane and don’t put much effort into any finesse haha

11-18-20 Was going to be a whole body again. But a buddy of mine called and wanted to lift chest with him this afternoon. So I skipped the chest, shoulders, and arms to do that. Finally had a time when our schedules worked out. I usually dont like training with people, but it's nice sometimes. We will be going to the local big boy gym. So will be a humbling experience. At my home gym, I'm the big boy, lol.

5" on treadmill to warm up

Leg Ext light weight for more warm up, 3 sets

Leg press, 3 warm ups 2 working sets 5-0-5 tempo burned like hell

Chest Supported BB Row under hand grip 3 warm up and 2 working sets

Rack pull 3 warm up 2 working and set a new 5 set PR for myself

Straight legged DL 3 sets

11-18-20 Chest for workout #2 today.

Went to a local gym and got to use some other equipment than what I usually have available. It was nice and hit things a little differently.

Hammer Strength Incline, 8, 8, 8, 5, 5, 5

Hammer Strength Decline, 8, 6, 4, 7

Cable Crossover Incline, 8, 8, 8

Cable Crossover Decline, 8, 10, 8 then drop set 8, 7, 8, 7

Cable Crossover Flat, 8, 7, 5 then drop set 9, 9, 8

Just needed a close to classic breakfast this morning. 6 whole eggs over easy, 2 slices of Killer Dave's Toast, 3 slices turkey bacon.

Took yesterday off as a planned day, but think I wore my ass down over the last week. Slept well the night before and then went to the restaurant to help my wife. Easy work but I was spent. Laid down to take a 30 minute nap and slept 4 hours and then a full night again last night.

Today planning on taking it easy and will do just cardio and core. Back and shoulders are nagging me a bit.

And today should be my first day back to work in over 3 weeks. Have been released and ready to go for a couple days, but havent been called. So hopefully today is the day. This hobby is too expensive to have no cash flow..

Nice to see you back at it , work and all. Covid didnt get you! [emoji108][emoji123][emoji122]. If I have a change w schedule; and I cannot get all the weight movements. I try to keep a extra high supplemental protein source flowing. Also, taking all suplements: EEA’s/creatine/betator/isolate 7 days a week is important IMO/IME. I still use them , not just on lifting days, like a pwo powder. Creatine/betator/whey isolate are important daily, for me. Food is #1 but, being able to drink 60g-70g of isolate in a 1/2 cup of water in one little chug, fat-lactose-free is convenient. Doesnt affect my appetite but keeps the muscle on!!
