Optimum Pro Complex Protien Powder

Have any of you guys used this protien? Just wondering if it is worth the extra money. Thinking about trying something new. I have been using the 5lb bag of Muscle Tech form Sams Club. I have not been using any protien shakes for the last few weeks but have thought about adding them in for a mid morning or afternoon snack. I have been trying to get all my protien from actual food.

Yes. It's the only protein I use!! My coach and I are sold on it. I get no bloat, no insulin spikes, and it tastes great. It's a great blend. Bb dot com sells it about the cheapest I've seen. And each scoop is 30g so it actually goes further than other cheap wheys.

All the flavors taste good, the chocolate is my fav. I use a tbsp of coconut oil (liquified) in the chocolate before bed and it tastes like an almond joy bar.

Been using it for years, I use Serious Mass for post w/o (half serv). Pro Complex is a good product....its more quality than serious mass. Better protien blend and added fiber. Serious Mass is loaded with maltodextrine where procomplex has complex carbs. VEry good product

EDIT!!!!!!!! I THOUGHT YOU WERE TALKING ABOUT PRO COMPLEX GAINER! Pro Complex protien is good to though

Got the chocalate today. Mixes up very easy, taste is good, hopefully I will see a difference. Plus it gave me a chance to go into Supplement Superstore and pick up one of their new shirts for free!
