Body weight 160lbs, 39 yeas old, 11%BF, 5'7" tall or short.....

This is my third cycle, I'm looking for honest critique and suggestions. I've also never taken T-Bol or NPP.

12 weeks.
1-12 650mg of Test E weekly. Monday & Thursday pins
1-12 400mg of NPP weekly. Monday and Thursday pins
1-4 50mg ED of T-Bol

Arimidex .5mg / week.
B6 600mg / Day.
Nolva on hand.

Diet: 3000 calories, body weight in protein or slight more, 20% fat, rest carbs.

Heavy training 6 times a week, with active job.

I am a TRT user off cycle at 225mg / week.

Goal is to gain 15lbs of muscle in 12 weeks.

Testosterone seems a little high imo. Especially if your TRT is that low and your cycle experience is beginner. Also T-Bol should be ran for a longer duration but at a smaller dosage, also NPP for 12 weeks is a little excessive, it’s short acting so you should probably run that for a few weeks until Deca (a long acting nandrolone) kicks in, your liver and joints will thank you. This is what I personally recommend, given what I see here. Take it for what you will.

Weeks 1-12:
Test E: 300mg-450mg
Deca: 150mg-200mg

Weeks 1-6:
NPP: 100mg-250mg
Tbol: 30mg-50mg

Unless you know how much estrogen your body naturally produces along with these esters. Look out for early signs of elevated estrogen before throwing your AI’s in. Otherwise you just run the risk of eliminating all estrogen, which some estrogen is needed for muscle building.

Thanks for the advice, yes I will extend the T-Bol to 8 or 10 weeks and drop the NPP to 300mg per week. Their will be no Deca in this...

I love NPP & Test! I've never used TBol so I cant can't say anything about that compound. My first Test E & NPP cycle was 750 test and 350 NPP per week ran for 12 weeks and I put on solid size and strength. I would pin the test every 3.5 days and the NPP EOD.

My only critique would be to pin the NPP at least EOD and don't take an AI unless absolutely necessary.

Also, I assume you're a hard gainer so if you need any diet help just shoot me a DM

For that dose NPP, I feel 500mg test is really all that’s needed. Just my 2c.

Also pin NPP M-W-F vs 2 days = more stability.

I love TBOL but run it for 6 weeks.
Watch BP. If anything 5mg cialis ED.

B6 is not the same as P5P just to clarify.

I agree with bear or even pin ed. I prefer pinning test ed, to keep bloods stable. If you go that route, prop is stronger mg for mg

Okay so to clarify 500mg of Test, 400 mg of NPP both for 12 weeks. Hold off on the T-Bol untill the last 6 weeks. To be open and Honest I do suffer from Gyno. I've had it for over 10 years due to stupidity as a kid playing with Superdrol. I do manage it with arimidex when I have flair ups. What are options to prevent prolactin issues with the NPP? Right now as I stand the Gyno is barely noticeable to people that are not aware of it. Mostly because my chest is hairy as a bear. I did get some some sentativity when I ran 500mg of Test on my first cycle, but no advancement in Gyno. I was able to control it with .5mg of arimidex a week. I'm really not educated on the prolactin side of things. Please excuse the terminology if not correct, I'm here learn and do things correctly.

Others are giving good advice on cycle protocol so I'll mention training and diet. 15 pounds of actual muscle is a lot. You can gain 15 pounds but will that all be muscle? Just in my experience I would say no. I think you calories are lacking a little. 3000 is really low and more of the low end of a maintenance intake. I'd take in more carbs as well. 6 days a week of heavy training is too much and could be limiting your bodies ability to adapt and grow. In particular at only 3k calories a day. I could be wrong since I dont know you of course but dialing in that diet and how you are training will make all the difference for you.

3000 may be enough or it might not be... it's too hard to put an exact number on anyone's caloric needs because everyone's NEAT is so different. But, if you track closely and you know that 2700 is maintenance, than yes 3,000 is enough of a surplus to put on quality tissue. And what you said "it may be different on gear" is somewhat true as your body will be able to partition nutrients way more efficiently and synthesize protein at a faster rate. so 3000 may be le of a surplus than you think.

So I started the cycle. I decided to run the T-Bol at the beginning with the Deca and test. I waited untill the second week of the cycle and started with 50mg a day with T-Bol, ontop of the 400mg of NPP and 500 of the Test. I pretty much immediately began to get high blood pressure. Hot face, red face and head was super heavy. The only thing I can account this to is the T-Bol. I'm perfectly healthy sub 12BF and eat on a extremely monitored diet of only healthy shit. I'm also always on TRT. Has any one had issues with T-Bol that fast? Mind you I had a job change and can't get blood work untill November 1st. Last blood work 3 months ago and was perfect.
