vyleesi/pt141 dosage? Side effects for women

What do you guys think about the dosage of vyleesi (aka pt141) at 1.75mg?

Reason I asked as I got some pt141 the other day for the wife and while I'm sure it would be great to give her 2mg of pt141 for sex drive I don't want to wreck her first experience with any injectable and her vomiting all over the place.

Anyone had good luck adding a anti-nausea/anti-histamine before hand to ward off the side effects and not effecting the positive sides?

Think it would be better to start with a low dose and work up or will we loss potency as her body gets used to it?

Right now we will both use viagra from time to time which she seems to really enjoy, but it doesn't do anything for sex drive being just a vascular dilator which is what we are both hoping the pt141 will help with. Now only if I had some tne to try on her next......pt141/tne/viagra sounds like a really fun time.

Well tired it on my self yesterday to gauge the sides effects/results.

Took 1mg pt141 and 25mg promethazine, didn't seem to increase sex drive at all but I'm always in the mood so it's hard to say I guess. Maybe 10 or 15mins after the shot I did get some flushing around the head and neck so a antihistamine might help with that for her so she doesn't get freaked out.

The only benefit I had and it's a big one was my erection strength was through the roof. I don't have any problems there and viagra or cialis don't really change much but 1mg pt141 made it so hard it almost hurt which was great.

I probably won't do anymore test on me and move on to her next I'll update you guys for anyone wondering in less she chickens out.

We do well at .050mcg but usually start at half that. Anything more than that makes my wife nauseous.

Well she finally got around to trying it. At 2pm when she took the shot (1mg) she got flush and that was the only side effect she had still about 5 or 5:30 when we sat down and ate supper at a nice restaurant. As soon as she started eatting she felt like she was gonna puke she so didn't eat anymore and was still sick felling for probably 2hrs. After that she was back to normal and we ended up having sex at night but she can't tell any difference at 1mg. The drug is definitely good cause at 1mg for me I get insane night erection to the point it wakes me up a lot.

I think we will try it again and give her 2 1mg shots a couple hrs apart and make sure she doesn't eat anything before we call it quits with this.
