How many of you over 40 fellas had to give up tren for health reasons? For me it was either give it up or possible heart attack so easy choice lol. Anyone else in the same boat?

Had a major surgery recently and was on a sizeable Tren run. The Tren use led to multiple post surgery complications and 2 total visits and stays in the hospital.

I've normalized now but it's been a challenging road with Tren.

I now run 200 Tren E/20 - 30mg Tren Ace ED/50mg Tren base pwo and I do fine.

I've also added some OTC and specifically for prostate health.

What led you to think Tren could cause you to have a heart attack??

Many! [emoji3]. It is pretty damn harsh. Light moderation seems to be a common saying ....
along with: I AM NEVER DOING TREN AGAIN!!

Then a month or year later, they are Back. [emoji2]

I love tren and run it a lot . I'm 53 I just use beast mode high rep counts and don't get crazy only had 2 injury and that was when I was young it came from being stupid and showing off. Nothing better than tren to put on lean muscle .

I have not run tren on a long time. Didn't think I was going to die, but really struggled with insomnia, night sweats, rapid heart rate and irritability. The insomnia was the worst. I was really tired at work and it negatively impacted my work outs. I'm not down on tren, it yields great results for many men. Just not a good fit for me.

No health challenges, but I don't run high doses (and haven't for quite a while). I just use what works and it works good! Porn star morning wood on waking is my way of knowing things are on track. 57 turning 58 soon- so I hear what you are saying about your heart health. Just smart to be aware of it.

Just finished my spring/summer cycle with doses that some guys would consider TRT doses. Works great for me so I'm probably a hyper responder. 250 mgs Test/ 200 mgs Masteron E/ 100 mgs of Tren Ace per week. I felt great the whole time. So far I've Never had any health issues.. never been on prescription medications, nor had any heart issues.

Next week I'll start tapering back down to my TRT dose of 170/mgs per week.. leave it there for 6 months, Train like I always have (high volume, 10-12 reps) and keep my diet on point with clean food every 3-4 hours. Also, start donating blood again every 3 months

Keeping on top of your Blood work and running red yeast rice, coq10, citrus bergamot, GW-501516, etc..along with doing cardio helps. Running short cycles and low doses helps.

I ran it in my 40s and 50s (homebrewed it). About 75mg eod along with my trt dose of test. Very few sides. 8 weeks about 3 cycles per year. I'm about to try tren e and test c on a moderate blast and cruise of 200mg tren e per week and 200mg test c per week for 10 weeks. Then cruise at 150 to 200mg test c (not sure which yet) for 12 weeks. I'll keep ya'll posted on how it goes when I start. Towards the end of the year. I'll be 65 soon.

I only ran tren during Contest prep and a few times outside of contest season. If I had a reason now I'd get bloods done before and if all good I'd run cycle supports during the cycle and after...along with getting bloods done again.

Do you drop the mast and tren completely during the TRT? Also, once/week for the T or more often?
