For most it’s cosmetic. Keep your balls full and operational. However your balls manufacture test from cholesterol...if they aren’t doing this then your cholesterol numbers go in the wrong direction. So make your decision taking this into account

If you're on test long enough with no hcg, eventually you'll blow dust bunnies. Thats another reason guys take hcg.

Testes also produce pregnenalone. Another reason to use HCG in keeping the balls going.
