Estrogen and how to tell if your F'd

So I was just curious for info from the vets. I know not everyone does blood work so I want to know how you all feel when you got high estrogen and low estrogen or what your signs were. Also how you feel and know when your in your sweet spot.

Too high; moody, bloated/water retention,
gyno flares up.

Too low; quality erections but can't bust, sore joints, neck pain.

Just right for me is in the 40s. No gyno, no bloat, joints feel good and I can fuck like a champ. Unfortunately your results may very. Shitty thing this game is it's very individualized.

For me I know if I go too high I get moody, emotional and anxious.

When I'm at my sweet spot I get crazy erections all threw out the night when I'm sleeping and when I wake up. I'm horny as hell too.

Theirs a theory I've heard in the TRT community that you're estrogen level should be close to your SHBG level. For me its true. I have a low SHBG of 20, I keep my estrogen level around 25. I try not to go any lower and would prefer to be higher then lower since low estrogen is not good for mens health.
