Has anyone experienced a quadriceps tear? I知 going thru the process of rehabilitation. Unfortunately, I had bilateral tears. Tearing both is a rare occurrence. Squatting down and running again is going to be major hurdles during rehab. Any thoughts from anyone successfully getting past this transition? I知 already doing light leg presses, leg curls, stationary bike and other exercises after 2 1/2 months. I plan to use my pool as well.
