My celium ?

Ive been using coinflip atm to send money to mycelium wallet then donating to sponsor. Besides the really high fees to use atm ive had no problems. Donated yesterday only to find out this morning he still hasnt received it. Checked mycelium and it still shows sending X amount. Tried the refresh button and screen pops up that says error has occured. Cant sync your account. Click on transactions link and it closes app. Anyone have experience with this? Ive emailed support and of course no response. It appears that my funds are frozen with no explanation other than cant sync account. Can i stop the transaction or shouldvi wait it out

Get a hold of RedBird. He is good at teaching btc. He might know of this problem. I have had mine take a few hours to show sent.
