Its that time. Time to do more than just get on the bike for a while. What kinda cardio do yall do. Im game for anything. Thinkin about the eliptical thing. Im old school and the bike has worked but for the sake of change its time to venture onto other things. Seeems the eliptical would build the legs moreso than the bike. Opinions on cardio????

All good stuff. Did the HIT stuff on the bike today. Time to broaden my horizons. I walk a decent bitsome days on my own so I think Ill get the eliptical dealio goin. On EQ so my endurance should be going up. I can notice a lil difference already.

I normally hit the eliptical and then the bike.. As an ex bmx racer the bike is a staple in my routine.

i hit the elliptical for 30 -40 minutes before working out. they have several preprogrammed routines wich i take advantage of, usually the intervals allow me to easily control my heart rate and keep it steady without big swings up or down

Circuit training, hi reps to almost failure for 5 or sets then sprints on the treadmill or row machine then back to 5 sets of crazy circuit training ... Do this about 4-5 times in an hour

^^^Circuit training is great for cardio, weight loss, and overall body conditioning. I use it as well.

Weird as it may sound, but the only thing I dont like about this is that some times it's hard to do this when there are a lot of people at the gym because you may be forced to wait for a piece of equipment or just people are in your way when your running around like a lunatic bustin out sets
