So, I made a few successful batches of Sus until just recently. Latest batch is causing some swelling and mild flu symptoms. Will Reheating vented vials in the oven address possible contamination? All are 10cc filled Vials? Perhaps 30 min in the oven at 225f?

If you're worried about contamination just refilter. If you put pins in the oven they will melt all over your vials and that's no fun.

Refilter? I'm going to go ahead and give this a try.

How would I heated up the entire vile without the needle head or rubber stopper melting? Or is it simply not possible

The oven won't do jack shit! Refilter into new sterile vials or throw them out. Those are your only options if worried about contamination!

First, the other gents are correct, sounds like contamination. Refilter and rebottle. Your other question is pretty easy: get a sauce pan and put the bottles in. Fill with water about half way up the bottle. Put it on the stove and let it heat

Buy a autoclave you people are crazy brewing without autoclaves. Autoclave before and autoclave after it’s all bottled and voila no bacteria can survive.

OP, how much BA and BB did you use? What did you use to filter it the first time?
