where do you guys find hgh works best for you at what dose

3.5 seems to be the most cost worthy dose for me. Seem to get the benefits and the kits seem to last a good while

I’d like to go up higher and see what more benefits I would get out of it.. maybe next time I run it I’ll up it to 4.5 and see what happens. Besides making my head and face bigger lol I seriously feel like all the gh cycles I ran made those bigger.. should start injecting it in my penis see what happens haha

if that worked i think every guy would try lol i run a higher dose now not crazy high but higher i feel the lil bit extra u can do helps for me anything over 5 really transforms my body but i never go over 9 usually stay around 7 to 8

Damn I might have to run a couple kits at 5 and see what happens. It just gets super expensive.. I’m on mk at 25mg a day and cjc and 800mcg a week, just started getting the deep sleep and good skin, pumps seem to be up too but I’m also on test eq and deca too so it’s hard to tell what doing what lol

I think 4 iu is the max for me. Above 4, I get carpal tunnel type pain. My middle finger on my left hand swells a little with 4 iu.

the only thing that happens is my hands get a little swollen i have messed with dosing on all different compounds for about 15 years and found what works best for me high primo or high masteron with a good dose of hgh is a game changer with everything else I keep them low on cycle i run test 300-400 i use it for function im running deca at 400 right now I'm not gonna go to 500

I am at 3iu and am very please with the changes my body is experiencing. I do get numbness in my hands but i quickly goes away. It also depends on the quality of the gh

Ive been on GH for about 2 months or so now and started at 3ius a day worked up for 5ius and had to back it down cause the numbness and cts was terrible.. been at 4ius a day 2ius am and 2ius pm for a few weeks and the pain is still there. Kinda sucks but I’m going to tuff it out and keep it goin. This is also the first time running GH.
