It's means don't become complacent bro stretch yourself to the limit to many people (slackers) are ok with that's good enough comfortable being uncomfortable is a life style of being great and never satisfying for anything less than. Thru trials and tribulations and s shit load of adversity comes the knowledge of that saying seems to me it's one of the cornerstones of being something great and being able to go thru anything life throws at ya
