is there a updated Bitcoin thread? I have the actual Bitcoin app downloaded and have 6 wallets and $550 in Bitcoin. Is this safe to do transactions with even though I'm not using a TOR browser or anything? Any info or advice is welcome brothers. Thank you

Crypto is convenient but safe...that’s debatable. I think u would need to compare it to something else to say whether it’s safe for you or not. All Bitcoin transactions are logged. All credit card transactions are logged as well too. CIM Is a risk but in my opinion safer as it’s not tracked...as much. There are ways to make Bitcoin transactions safer.

A VPN is smart. Tor is smart.

My opinion: take every precaution you can. It doesn’t take that much more time and it doesn’t cost that much to have a good VPN service.

A vpn keeps you safer then not but logging into any account through your vpn leaves a trail to you. Running Java leaves a trail to you. Even using vpn and tor isn’t always gonna keep you safe.
