Anybody use anything to keep BP in check? I seem to always run a bit high ever since crossing over 220 lb or so. I'm routinely in the 130s/80s and easily up to the 140s or worse on orals or when water retention gets bad.

Seeing the hype around Bostin Loyds kidney failure has made me a bit more conscious lately about keeping BP under control in the long term. Ive made the decision to live this lifestyle, so getting off gear isn't an option for me. I take full responsibility for the consequences, just curious if anyone has used or regularly uses anything.

Beta blockers? Cialis? Otc support?
Thanks in advance

Interesting. Well honestly, the lower number is of more concern, and the 80s to me are just fine. I don’t think twice about that. When that lower number goes triple digit then I look for something to relax it. The gear we take raises BP regardless. If you stop gear for 4 weeks and your BP goes back to normal, then there’s nothing to worry about in my opinion. But everyone has a different health set, something unique.

Cialis I take daily. Don’t notice my BP much.

Like mentioned above carditone.

nattokinase, garlic, beet root, coq10, list goes on and on. Find a simple basic combo that works for you. I’d start with carditone, cardio and lots water.

Great replies from those above, but Ive noticed more than anything else that my weight I carry is the biggest factor. Meds, herbs, supplements, etc all help but Im around 5'10" with a small skeletal structure (I got my moms bone genetics and she is tiny tiny) and when I pass 215-220lbs regardless of BF (which never gets really high) it gets to a point that no matter what I do Im 140/80 at best sometimes more. I was slightly above 240 lbs and had to lose some muscle bc my BP would not go down no matter what I did.

In 2017-18 I weighed about 175-178 and my BF may have been a bit higher maybe.... actually prob the same amount of fat I just have much more muscle now, so all that extra muscle Ive added definitely is the main factor when I go above 230. I stay away from orals almost entirely unless Im gonna armwrestle or want to add some strength quickly.

Even on low dose TRT of 125mg a week I still wont drop below 205-210 even when Im missing the gym and not eating but a couple times a day due to work or when I was burned out last year and had to take a total break. My BP went back down to a healthy number and I was eating worse, but I was lacking all that extra mass.

I know we all want to be huge, or I used to, but now I find that being around 220 or so is good for my height and I can maintain somewhat healthy BP

Try 5mg cialis daily. W.e. you do try 1 thing only so you know what's working

I've finally gotten off bp meds using 2000mg of L-Arginine (1000 twice / day) and 2 garlic gel caps. I also think the Co Q 10 I take helps ;although bp is not the primary reason I take it. My bp got to 160+/90+ on bp med. My doctor didn't have a good answer for it. I started researching and trying different things and was able to get to this protocol. For about 2 years now it have averaged 123+/- over 69+/-.
