Yup. It’s a crappy low quality supplement. That’s my experience.

I have ordered this stuff in the past, (eaa’s, bcaa’s,citralene, and glutamine), just wondering if I need to dump it and get some other brand

I did. They didn’t feel the same or work the same as others in my experience.
