Greetings! Whats next for me?

Im still doing the cream (150 2 day). feeling better. I hit 51 and been recovering from my 3rd spinal cord injury. 2014. Ive been doing a bit of excerise and would like to takke the next step. All my bloods came back really good other than a little high in the estrogen area. Im taking something for that know. What could I add next that might help to gain a little more muscle and feel goood!!! Thanks For reading

Just a good macro/training program detailed to your overall situation. Also, speaking to physician : they recently sent out a letter encouraging prescribing injectable testosterone over patches , gels , and creams as they are more stable, effective and cheaper!!

Defiantly agree with max, I know a few guys that have gotten their doctor to switch them from the gel to injectable and have said the difference is insane. The more stable your blood levels are the better you will feel.

Honestly I’m the same way but 25g needles aren’t bad at all. Just go nice and slow and don’t look. I was an idiot when I first started and only ordered 21 needles. Didn’t take long before I express shipped 25g lmao

I think they got them injected at their DR. Office every 3 months. Just throwing that out there. Maybe you can find it and will like that guys thread. 51 is just a number and where glad your here! The dislike of needles will pass. I was not crazy about needles starting out, but when I began making gains needles became a non-issue for me.

Yes, give it a look on the computer. I'm not to computer smart at pasting articles or I would have. It's just another option that buys you 3 months till your next Dr. Office visit. It says they give you a local anesthetic so you probably wouldn't feel any discomfort.

I keep hearing about Tren. Since starting this TRT therapy I’ve had occasional ED. Is this something I’m small amounts might help ? Plus my attitude is up and down . Some days worse than others

I'm 51 brother and I'm in the best shape I've been in since high school. I have lots of aches and pains but I don't know anyone 51 who doesn't...lol... at least I look good. I hate needles but I love the results,, so that's what gets me over it! Good luck! Careful with the tren. That shit is awesome but will make you crazy...!

I agree, tren will change you pretty quickly. Turn you into a gym rat with an attitude,fuckaholic,pornaholic and man on a mission.
