Great thread!! I just saw this!! I will add some Zen. Idk if you have it but, on YouTubetv they put on 15 seconds or 30 seconds of zen instead of a commercial sometimes, I swear it is really cool. I actually am silent during it [emoji23]

I listen to ambience while I lift, I just find a 10hr one that has nice angelic tones or nature sounds over isochronic tones and just try and find my peace.

Man so true, I have my times where I forget to do the things he says. Especially yesterday, but last night I danced with the pain for a while gave it it's appropriate time, I entertained the depression for a day but it's time to get back to the schedule and get some work done around here today. Already got my workout in, breakfast cooked and ate, and talked with the ex about things that need done paperwork wise and didn't entertain any ill feelings just kept it neutral and on task during the conversation so stacking them Victories already today. GET SOME!
