A Millington man accused in November of producing and selling steroids has been arrested again in connection with the drug.
Monday, an informant told authorities the man was receiving a large delivery of raw anabolic steroids, according to a court affidavit.
Agents with the West Tennessee Drug Task Force met the man outside his workplace, a medical facility in Bartlett, and reported finding three small bags and 68 small vials of anabolic steroids in a truck.
The informant told agents the man shipped raw steroid ingredients to the Memphis area from China, then manufactured the drug, according to the affidavit.
Shipping receipts and cellphone correspondence connected to the man indicated this was true, agents said.
William Lucas, 29, was arrested and charged with criminal attempted prohibited act - steroids.
His bond was set at $50,000.
In November, investigators charged Lucas after finding more than 400 vials of anabolic steroids, hundreds of steroid pills, and packaging and manufacturing equipment at his Millington home and a Bartlett storage facility he rented.
The man who allegedly delivered the drugs to Lucas was also arrested, but it was unclear Thursday morning if he faced charges.
