Just wondering if anyone else jabs lats? Ive been doing Lats for some time now and Love it.Very meaty area and not a lot of nerve endings and easy to hit.Quads always seem to cause me some pain so I needed another spot to jab snd Lats are them.

How I do them is I stand in front of a mirror and pull one arm across my body so I can see my lat on that side in the mirror.I swab it up and poke! That easy.

Gets tough rotating the same spots over and over, so it just gives you another location before rotating back to the usual ones, i.e., pecs, delts, glutes, etc.

Ya I hit lats regularly. Rarely bleeds, rarely painful. Although one time I was pre heating my syringe under some very hot running water. And I lost track of time (stoned and youtube) SO by the time I injected it into my left lat.... HOLY FUCK! Hot oil injections could have been used as torture tactics lol!

Its a good spot though, I usually rotate quads, glutes, lats, chest. Chest is kinda intimidating at first, and is a little painful but not bad. Its my least favorite spot probably.

Thanks for the reply brother.

I always heat my oils while im prepping and then draw from them when im ready to jab.No issue happy to say.
As for pecs, yeah, 1st time is scary.Jamming a needle in your chest but after that, I love it.Pecs are actually my best spot.Nothing easier to get to. Quads are my worst.

I add my lats in when im doing frequent injections per week on a "blast". When cruising as I am currently it's just 1 injection every 5 or 6 days of test blend.

Lats and hams became part of my rotation after having to retire my glutes, both are easy to reach and plenty of meat. I can still use my delts but my wife has to pin them for me. When I started about 20 years ago I didn’t really know any better and overused my glutes and now its like pushing a nail thru leather. I’m sure the needles from the local feed store didn’t help either but this was before everything was really available over the internet.

I never shoot lats but lots of people said is great and smooth place , i prefer 3 headīs of shoulders , vastus lateral many places there, glutes and ventral glutes , this is more than enough and i shoot almost ED.

I feel you 100% on the pins from the feed store. I used buckeyes feed store in high school and college. Thank god i layed off the gear for a long time. My glutes still have those hard patches

Yup, I'm a lat man, myself. Just like the other guys, the glutes can take a beating over the years. They are a no go for me, but the lats are fantastic. I still remember the first time hitting those virgin lats, it was fantastic, smooth, no pain, no scare tissue.

Thanks for the reply.Sorry about the glutes with you as well.Man, ive never had issues with glutes thank God.Do you take breaks from gear? Ive always cycled off giving my body time to reboot, recover and rebound so I guess thafs what helped me with the lack of permenant scar tissue?

There's just SO much you can do man. When everyone starts their routines with chest im doing back to start.

I use pecs, delts and occasionally triceps although it's pretty awkward sometimes to hit triceps.

Wow.Never thought of tri's before. What pin you using for them? All mine are either 23gx 1 or 23gx 1 1/2.Never needed anything else.

23ga x 1 inch. Triceps isn't too bad, just let your arm hang down nice and relaxed.

I have been on TRT for years. I'm 49 years old so it's a lifestyle choice. At my age the benefits of a healthy testosterone level far outweigh me ever coming off. When I was younger I would come off and then go back on. The last time I came off the mental anguish was not worth it, plus the shifting hormonal levels is not healthy for men my age. If one chooses to stay on I suggest getting blood work twice per year. The scar tissue issue does not really bother me. Eventually it will be worse, but I'll figure a way around it, always have, always will. Have you ever read the book, "The Definitive Testosterone Replacement Therapy MANual: How to Optimize Your Testosterone for Lifelong Health and Happiness?" If not check it out. By the way I like your signature... Age means nothing! So true when you train properly, eat well and are on TRT.

Thanks for the reply brother.Im 53 so I hear ya but thank God I never came close to the mental anquish you say you've experienced when coming off.Wow.That would suck for sure. At my older years now, I am definitely ON a lot longer than off but I do still cycle off.In fact, this run, ive only been on again for about 2 months after being for about a yr or so.Everything was cool but I just felt like coming back on and getting ready for summer.Lol.The pic in my profile and the ones ive posted of me are recent and where im at and mostly remain even when off so im happy with it.
Well stay with what works for you and keeps you physically and mentally happy brother.
And yep, I truly believe in my signature.Age is a number that cant beat you if you dont allow it.

Each Delt twice a week but I gotta start rotating. Maybe Ill throw lats in. My woman was doing my glutes but she gets too much pleasure out of stabbing me and I always cramp trying to twist around.

Thanks for the reply brother. When I do glutes, I stand in front of a mirror on my counter and look at them like that so its much easier.
As for lats, they really are a great meaty area to hit without fear of hitting a nerve.Try em out and post up how it went.

Well trust me, lats are easy and painfree and problem free.
