Liver detox

So I went to the doc and he said my liver numbers were up so I have a liver ultrasound tomorrow. What’s the best way to detox a liver? I just hope there isn’t already damage.

The liver is pretty forgiving and regenerates, that doesn’t mean you can’t harm it. I use NAC and TUDCA and/or milk thistle. I am more concerned with the kidneys.

Glutathione is a good one too, I use the injectable liquid, not sure how the tablets are.
