Tuna salad

Make tuna salad however you normally would, I added horseradish and raw oats.... Finding the right ratio for fish to oats for consistency is pretty straight forward just start low and keep adding, I usually use two cans of tuna eyeball the mayo and horseradish to taste, and cup and a half of raw oats, mix it up 5 pieces whole grain bread and that's lunch!

when i make my tuna salad i take grapes and cut them up and add them into it , it sounds odd but its actually really good , something I saw on the food channel haha

I've done grapes, apples, celery, oats, not at the same time, but its very interesting how fish mayo and fruit can end up delicious

yeah when i make my coffee in the morning I add a little bit of raw test powder in with the coffee grinds , really gets me going in the morning hahaha

I use mayo, spicy Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion salt, black pepper and red pepper flake. Little warm but not to much.

I chop up dill pickles and add mayo, little garlic powder and pepper. Adding anadrol sounds tasty!

love it with Albacore white tuna in water, after eating Albacore I can't hardly eat the regular tuna in water anymore. Lol

Love my tuna. I probably eat too much of it too, but it is so damn convenient and versatile. Never tried the oats. Worth a go.
