I'm in need of shredding some.body fat, I read to much cardio can
Sap strength gains. How often a week and for how long should I do cardio
I'm more concerned about getting my body fat down though.

If your goal is to get your bf down, don't be afraid of cardio. Usually w a good diet, 30-45 min 5-7 days/week is adequate. Some guys need to go to 7-10 sessions a week to get down to single digits.

Agreed...

Once you have your bf to your goal you can maintain it with as few as 3 X 30min sessions a week with a good diet and for cardio that would be the lowest I would go. Anything else would be a waste. Check out circuit training bro. It will shed the bf quick if your diet is in check.
