Push forward brother. It gets better. Pull yourself together and live a long happy life, if not for you, for your kids.

Both of you go to the doc and ask about getting on a SSRI, ie sertraline or the like. It makes a huge difference. In the mean time, try taking some 5-HTP or SAMe. Both will help short term. When I was about 40 I went thru my 1st divorce, it almost killed me, greedy
bitch. Luckily my doc saw my mood changes and put me on sertraline. I am still on a 1/2 tab daily and I can notice a difference if I forget to take it.
My doc explained that throughout the day, we all go thru highs and lows, taking a SSRI eliminates the high parts of the high and the low parts of the low.

I like what big pappa said. I will add that you already know you are so important to your children. Don't let anything happen to yourself. They will never ever forget if something does. As said b4.
