Im running Test 500mg/week, pin monday and thursday.

Can I pin Friday instead of Thursday, would anything change?

I never noticed a difference swapping days here or there . Even missing a pin will not make a difference.

Yes, it is still the exact same frequency- it's still 3, or 4 days between pins either way you spin it...
