Just started using mine mostly reheating things as i am getting used to it. Its 3.3 qt. Jsut me and the wife so seems ok size

Anyone usinng one of these? Thoughts any go to recipies?

My understanding is most breadedt hings i would use a oil with a spray bottle and that gets it done but not all the fat. I think some also spray pam.

I use mine for potatoes all the time. My son uses it for everything he can stick in it.

I tried to find a decent one with a glass container bc fuck plastic & heat. The glass ones all had bad reviews as far as mechankcal/electrical issues. We dont have a microwave anymore either. Its oven, stovetop or grill.
Id love to find an old school heavy duty airfryer still new in the box!

I had a food science major explaining the chemicals released from plastics. Fluoride in water dulling the pituitary gland. And other believed or understood chemical reactions caused to reduce Test in men.

Honestly it was like listening to a scientist validate an episode of Alex Jones. “The global science slow take down of the population”. Which has definitely sped up in the last few years.

I heard a bit about that as well. The way they are made though the "heat area" seems to all be metal and plastic only gets so hott. Those of us who are into target shooting are aware how much of many firearms are plastic and seems our marines and stuff are doing ok

And I doubt many of us on the board have issues with not having enough test :) at least 15 weeks twice a year or more if you know what i mean good info though

Test is not a problem for 30 weeks of the year for sure. That got a chuckle out of me.

I really use Pinterest a lot for recipes. It is an old app but lots of recipes and ideas there.

Bro i love how i feel on a eq/test cycle. if not for trt or they ever make a fast acting eq that i can find afford i might stay on longer but not as hi does. i have total been on lik 1500 mg a week so far God gave men test for a reason so with responsible use seems we just are supermen instead of men
