I really like this rick dude . he´s always polite and respects others . he has charisma that can´t be bought it must be earned . I just luv the few 80´s clips of gold´s gym he has brought to youtube , I know many of those clips by name . only saw them on mags I read like no tomorrow was coming ...... good good ole dayz of 80´s . thanx ric and many more yrs for you !

first time i came across him was by accident perusing youtube.never heard of him till then but now i'm glad i did.the guy's a wealth of info and keeps it old school.love his stories,interveiws,guests.anyone know if his show is still active or do they just show tapings from the old ones...?

dunno , but guess his show still runs .... ric was arnold´s training partner at one time , he lived just few hundred meters away from the gold´s in a rented place ( rent was like 20 usd / month or so ) , venice beach right in front of him . anyone who has seen the original gold´s gym t shirt knows the logo ; bald guy doing culs w a barbell . it´s designed by ric drasin back in the 70´s . he mut have lived a dream come true during those dayz !
