lobster

[Exo-Gen]

easy one
2 small lobster tails $7 bucks
1 cup cooked rice
a few stewed tomatoes and some juice from the can

so simple but good

took tails out the shell, chopped, and cooked in extra virgin olive oil with salt and pepper
reheat 1 cup cooked rice with stewed tomatoes.
add lobster
top with parm and lemon
DONE !

can be done with shrimp as well

eating heathy doesn't have to suck

Definitely gonna try this, seafood isn’t my strong suit when it comes to cooking. I’ve got to get more of it in.
