THE BEST WAY TO INJECT!

Hey all, every person I have show this to and they try it, have never gone back to the big pins. So all you do is get a 20 or 18 Guage, draw your oil, fill the back of the insulin needle, replace the pusher, let the air go to the top, push out the air, and you're good to go. My favorite spot to hit is rear delt. Women LOVE this technique!! I've been doing this for over 10 years. How would you use this method to mix multiple compounds into the same syringe?

Could you write detailed instructions?

Let's say you have a 3ml syringe and you want to mix 6 things. All you do is draw 1/2 ml into the same syringe. Once you have all 3ml in the syringe you just make sure you have a little air bubble in there and just hold the needle up for 1 second then down for one second. Do that 10 times and it will be mixed well. Then you're good to go. [emoji106]
